泰式炸Kangkung,金黄酥脆,非常的好吃,做法简单又容易 材料:一把Kangkung,30克玉米淀粉,50克粘米粉,100克普通面粉,1茶匙盐,1勺食用油,250ml清水 1)把玉米淀粉、粘米粉、面粉、盐、食用油和清水加入到大盆里,搅拌成面糊 2)热锅倒油,把Kangkung沾上面糊然后放入到热油锅里用中小火慢炸,把两面炸至金黄就可以出锅了 Thai style Deep fried Kangkung, golden and crispy, very delicious, simple and easy to make Ingredients: a handful of Kangkung, 30g corn starch, 50g blended rice flour, 100g plain flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 spoon cooking oil, 250ml water 1) Add corn starch, blended rice flour, plain flour, salt, cooking oil and water to a large bowl and stir into batter 2) Pour oil into a hot pan, dip Kangkung in batter and put it into the hot oil pan and fry slowly over medium-low heat.
